Practice with Inkscape

Hello All!

Sorry, I haven’t been updating as much as I usually do. I recently discovered a free vector graphics editor called ‘Inkscape‘. I’ve always had a fascination with Vector Graphics, because the images are always so neat and clean. So I haven’t been playing WoW as much here lately because I’ve been learning how to use the program. Surprisingly, that’s not that much tutorials to explain much other than how to create something in Inkscape. I’ve already made a few little vector images including a drawing I did when I was in High School. Honestly, they could be better but I don’t really have the patience right now. I’m also currently in the process of making one of my Tauren Warrior. Problem is, it’s a lot of detail. So I’m taking it slowly.

Images I’ve done Already:
1) High School Drawing of an angel
2) Work-in-Progress Tauren Warrior
3) Doodle of an Undead Priest
4) Hit Girl from ‘KickAss’
5) Purple Hair Girl with Glasses

Yes, You guys can look at my lame deviations. Not that you were going to ask permission anyways. On another note, I did play for like an hour on WoW yesterday. My friends, Deviltrigger and Lildevil wanted me to heal a Regular Hall of Reflection on my druid. I hate that place. I really do. It didn’t help that we had a 5K Death Knight being beat on DPS & Damage by 3K gearscore Hunter. We ended up wiping when the Lich King caught up to us on the last wave, because the mobs ended up bugging. I honestly don’t remember EVER wiping in Halls of Reflection on the ‘Lich King Chase’. Groups usually fall apart before 1st boss or the 2nd boss. I don’t recall EVER wiping on the ‘Lich King Chase’. I would also like to add thank goodness for Deviltrigger’s paladin’s Ardent Defender, so I didn’t have to walk to my body :D Needless to say, we got the ‘Lich King Chase’ done and over with. I didn’t really want to play WoW for the rest of the night. So I went back to messing with ‘Inkscape’. :D

Then I got interrupted by my hubby who wanted to watch the movie, ‘KickAss’. I thought it was a ‘KickAss’ movie. Hit Girl is my favorite superhero :D haha. That’s about it. Now I am taking a break from Inkscape and headed off to play some WoW.

I got Inkscape few days ago but haven't had the time to test it yet. Bet I won't understand anything of it, never been good with programs like that, but I want to learn how to use it.

@syrco It's actually pretty easy to use. I bet I can make some pretty cool things if only I had the patience.
